Qualifications
·BScN
·2+ years experience working in a nursing home setting or related experience
·Registration with a nursing college in Canada will be an asset

Responsibilities
·Provides nursing care in accordance with administrative policies, physicians’ orders, established standards and nursing principles.
·Develops and maintains up to date individual resident care plans through interdisciplinary care conferences and care planning.
·Maintains accurate and complete clinical records on all residents according to established documentation policies and procedures and ensures the confidentiality of these records
·Ensures the recording and safe keeping of all drugs including controlled drugs and narcotics.
·Orders or reorders drugs and maintains an accurate record according to established procedure.
·Administers medications according to correct procedure and ensures proper documentation is maintained.

• Ability to produce high quality work in accordance clinic standards.

Compensation: Starting at $20 to $22 per hour with full benefits.
or $45-$50k/yr.
