Required Skills
Qualifications:
• Nursing diploma or degree from a recognized college or university
• Current registration with the CNO and First Aid/CPR
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of the community
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car is required
• Ability to speak a second language is an asset

Home Support Supervisor – RN/RPN

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Community Care Access Centre Managers to implement and monitor client care plans. • Collaborate with Client’s/ family members and Spectrum Health Care personal support workers, to develop measurable goals and outcomes for care. • Provide appropriate skill training and additional support to staff and families • Provide on –call support to personal support staff on a rotational basis.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous community and supervisory experience • Demonstrated nursing assessment skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse priorities • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current registration with CNO. • Must have a valid driver's licence, a reliable car and current CPR Certification.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience.
