Terms of Employment: Full Time
Salary: $10.00 per hour for 40 hours per week.
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 education ( Canada Standards)
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Must have applicable six (6) month caregiver training. With applicable First Aid and CPR, or willing to retake upon successful hiring with us! CPR) Certificate. First Aid Certificate
Experience: 1-2 Years
Children's Ages: Newborn, Toddler to pre-school (1 - 3 years)
Work Setting: Employer's home. Rural community. Room and board provided
Essential Skills: Prepare infants and children for rest periods
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
- Read to children
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants
- Supervise and care for children
- Take children to and from school and to appointments
- Tend to emotional well-being of children
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
